OUR HISTORY
Almost a century ago, Giovanni Salvi, originally from Amatrice,
he founded a neighborhood trattoria in Rome, where he sold "wines by the glass"
while his wife Maria, originally from Norcia, sautéed fettuccine and stew.

Then his son Aldo arrived and the kitchen became the real protagonist, a safe haven for gourmets, conducted with wisdom and passion together with his cousin Dario.

Today dad Aldo left the baton to his son Simone and his very young nephew Edoardo.
The family history thus continues with the fourth generation respecting the culinary traditions but with an eye towards innovation.

The restaurant has a warm and welcoming environment on two floors: the upstairs room is suitable for business dinners and events; while, on the lower floor we find the main room and two smaller rooms that offer intimacy and tranquility to our guests.
The courtyard also has a large outdoor area, excellent for enjoying the wonderful Roman days to the fullest.
